Application under Section 106A(3) to modify the Section 106 Agreement associated with planning permission 2021/3087/P (Appeal Ref: APP/X5210/W/22/3300894 dated 01/12/2022) to amend clauses 4.2.2 (Bedford Passage Access Requirement), 4.5.4 (Community Involvement Programme Plan), 4.11.3 and 4.11.5 (Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Plan), 4.18.2 (Service Management Plan) and 4.19.3 (Sustainability Plan), namely to allow occupation of the Workhouse prior to completion of the remaining development and prior to the submission and approval of the full post-completion reviews and associated site-wide management plans.
