Trim client's side back as hard as possible. 1 x Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) (T2) - Crown reduce by removing up to 2m from height and 1.5m from lateral spread. 1 x Bay (T3) - Cut back bay lateral over the garden by 1m - 2m 1 x Magnolia (Magnolia grandiflora) (T4) - Reduce height and lateral spread by up to 1m 2m over the garden. FRONT GARDEN: Group of mixed shrubs (G4) - Trim all growth overhanging from the neighbour's garden back to the boundary. 2 x Yucca (G5) - Section dismantle tree to near ground level and dismantle tree down to lower flowering palm as shown in pictures. 1 x Privet (G6) - Reduce thickness of the hedges by reducing in width by 0.5m.
