NAMELY: The reinstatement of the wording of Condition 39 in line with the original planning permission (ref: 2023/2510/P) is requested to ensure the S73 permission (ref: 2024/4662/P): Reflects the approval of the updated details submitted under this application in respect of Condition 39 and enables details to be re-discharged in respect of pre-implementation works, should this be required in the future; and Allows for the submission and approval of post-construction details prior to the occupation of each permitted building.
