Description

Demolish section of studwork and brickwork walls between the Front and Rear bedrooms on Lower Ground floor; enlarge the existing door opening in the wall of the Rear bedroom and install new pair of doors. Demolish brickwork and studwork nib that was added to the Ironing Room in the 70s in the adjacent hall & refit the same lining, door, architraves etc put aside into the original position.
