Description

The retaining wall and buttresses of the basement area are in very poor condition. It is proposed to remove the stock and glazed bricks from three trial areas and concrete from a fourth trial area in order to better understand the condition of the bricks, mortar and infill material behind. The works will be made good. In addition, shoring up works will be undertaken to three of the buttresses.
