Description

External and internal alterations including installation of a new glazed roof access hatch at roof level for the formation of a terrace at roof level with planters and green wall to the east elevation, following the demolition of the existing stair access overrun, installation of replacement windows to rear and flank elevation windows at 4th floor level; alteration to the internal staircase between the 2nd and 3rd floors, reconstruction of the staircase between the 3rd and 4th floors, new staircase arrangement between the 4th and roof level; installation of new timber framed load-bearing cross walls from the third floor to underside of fourth floor and new internal partition arrangements.
