Works to trees protected by a TPO. Front Garden: Roadside: Western Corner: T2: Mature Beech: Approximately 12.00m: Reduce back to previous and most recent reduction points, approximately 2.50m-3.00m. Ensure clearance of the roof by 2.00m-2.50m. Reduce lateral and sub lateral growth overhanging roof to suitable growth points. Remove dead wood. Thin crown density 20%. Remove ivy from main break scaffold. Trim lateral ivy growth on main stem to tidy and control. Tree is growing within close proximity of the building and overhangs roof line. General maintenance/Control encroachment. Roadside: East side of gate: T3: Beech: Approximately 10.00m: Reduce back to previous and most recent reduction points (approximately 1.20m-1.50m). lightly reduce lateral and sub lateral growth by up to 1.00m. Thin crown density 20%. Remove dead wood. General maintenance/Control weight burden. (Works to T1 Ash will be considered separately under Section 211 Notice ref. HGY/2025/0648, as this tree is not protected by a TPO but is in a Conservation Area)
