Description

T1: Tilia tormentosa 'Petiolaris' - Excavate a trench 2m deep 1.8m south of the base of the tree to allow repair/reconstruction of the blocked culvert. Roots to a diameter of potentially 100mm may need severing. Roots will be pruned by an arboriculturalist to allow the installation of a trench box to allow works within the trench. Ground protection will be installed as indicated on the attached plan to protect rooting area as far as possible. G1: Taxus baccata - Excavate a trench 1.5 - 2m deep 2.4 m south of the base of the tree to allow repair/reconstruction of the blocked culvert. Roots to a diameter of potentially 100mm may need severing. Roots will be pruned by an arboriculturalist to allow the installation of a trench box to allow works within the trench. Ground protection will be installed as indicated on the attached plan to protect rooting area as far as possible.
