Yew x 2 (Taxus species) - Crown reduction of both Yew trees by up to 2 metres, pruning back to suitable growth points in accordance with BS3998 Tree Work Recommendations - The works will maintain the natural form and balance of each tree.Reason for Works: The two Yew trees are located in close proximity to one another and are competing for light and space. As a result, one tree has developed excessive growth extending significantly over the neighbouring boundary.The trees require management to maintain their health, structure, and relationship with their surroundings. The proposed crown reduction will help rebalance the canopies, manage size, and prevent further encroachment over the neighbouring fence, while ensuring the long-term retention and wellbeing of both trees.
