FIVE DAY NOTICE: The Pear tree identified as T017 on the attached plan was very bare last year and has not grown a single leaf all spring/ summer this year. It is now starting to sag rapidly, the branches within reach are very brittle and snap easily. The tree is in close proximity to the grade II listed house and I fear that the next strong winds shall cause collapse and significant risk to the property
