Description

T1 - Mature Yew - This tree has not been managed in many years. As a result it has a very dominant form. Request a 2m Crown Reduction in height to growth points where possible/necessary. Light trim back driveway side with hedge cutters only. Aim of works is to improve light for surrounding trees and vegetation and form, and keep neighbors happy.T2 - Sycamore - This tree is in good health, but blocking access on the footpath and starting to encroach on the road. Request a Crown lift Sycamore at front by road to approx. 2.5m to improve form and access.T3 - Mature Yew at front of drive (on left if looking at house) - This tree is in good health but is currently not that pleasing to the eye. Request a 2m Sympathetic Crown Reduction in height, and approx. 1m off sides to growth points where possible/necessary. Aim of works to improve light, access and form.T4 and T5- X2 Mature Beech trees in front garden - These trees are massive and both within striking distance of the houses either side. T5 is in fact situated directly over both houses. Occasional tear-out and falling branches has lead to concern. In high winds these trees pose a serious threat to safety for the family's in the houses underneath. Request sympathetic all over crown reductions of these trees by approx. 2m where necessary to growth points, and a 15% crown thin. Aim of these works is to alleviate loading and decrease the risk from the sail. It will also give a good opportunity for our team to conduct a VTA. Also a crown lift to 6m to improve light and form to the gardens and homes underneath. Removal of major deadwood over 3 inches in diameter where possible.
