Description

One of 2 Horse chestnut trees on which there are TPOs at my home address is dead. it overhangs the road and could bring down power supply to another house or damage the property if there was a high wind. The proposal is to cut the dead tree down to a stump to match the level of the hedge. The dead tree is at least 9 metres high and perhaps 5 metres wide. The other Hourse Chestnut tree will not be cut in any way.
