Description

Dismantle and rebuild the front parapet wall across the full width of the Royal Cambridge Hotel to include dismantling of the parapet wall by hand, visual inspection and rebuilding using salvaged materials and mortar mixed to match existing in colour and texture, replacement of coping stones - reuse of existing Ketton Stone where condition allows, augmented with replacement stone where necessary, repairs to cornice moulding, including patch repair, and fabrication of replacement moulding where sections have been previously lost and general redecoration to match existing finishes.
