Wellingtonia Sequoia Tree - Crown lift to above the flat roof approx 3m, Reduce side branches by 2m and Reduce all the needles and pinecones. Reason - Tree is 190 year old and very close to the property. Reducing the branches will more light into the front rooms of the house, reduce all the needles and pinecones that fall onto our flat roof and on the ground and courtyard (highlighted in photographs).In structural survey on the front of the house as some cracking to the external walls has been noted. The tree is thought to be of no current structural risk, but advised for proper maintenance of the tree to regularly be undertaken and the wall(s) monitored for further movement.
