Description

Certificate of lawfulness under S192 for the removal and replacement of existing facade infill panels with like-for-like panels in terms of appearance, dimensions, and layout. The replacement panels are of enhanced specification to improve their non-combustibility and fire performance in accordance with modern standards. The panel will be in line with the existing panels and would be finished in a Analok anodised finish to match existing. We will be removing the glazing gasket to accommodate the the reduced u-value of an A1 insulation with the panel then being packed wet (silicone) sealed into the framing.
