T1 - Cupressocyparis leylandii - RemoveComplete felling of the Cupressocyparis leylandii tree at the north western corner of the property. The tree (T1 on the plan) in the northeast corner of no 51 St Peters Street and root system is causing structural damage to the property's boundary walls and the neighbour's (no 53) drive and drains resulting in unsafe surfaces and requiring repairs.
