Description

3 large Lime trees (T1, T2, T3) - pollard to each of the 3 trees resulting in a 30% reduction in height of all 3 trees, a small crown lift and full deadwood. For the pollard I would like to reduce by 2.5m -3m. The crown lift would be 4m from ground height. Reasons: They are in very close proximity and highly imposing to the clients property which is a bungalow and also to the Village College that is behind the boundary fence which is public access and the students and teachers use this area and also has various buildings and structures owned by the Village College. Small crown lift due to the close proximity to the property to stop the lower limbs causing damage to the walls and roof of property and to allow more light, air flow and access to the garden and property for maintenance etc. Clients have 2 small children and small dogs, substantially large pieces of dead limbs have already caused small amounts of damage to the roof and been found lodge deep into the grass where they have come down in bad weather.
