T1: Lombardy Poplar - Fell. (Located by Block 8-13 - Height 15-17m, DBH 80cm. Tree is approx 11m from Peabody property. There is a cavity starting at 1.5m which is 1m long with a 7cm wide opening, 30cm+ deep. Signs of die back in upper crown from regular pollards. Sound test with nylon hammer, change in tone would indicate significant area of decay. Carried out manual increment bore test on tree, there was resistance for the first 50-70cm then no signs of resistance. Strong evidence of decay. Target area around tree is of high risk.)T2: Lombardy Poplar - Fell. (Located by Block 20-25 - Height 15-17m, DBH 66cm. Tree is approx 11m from Peabody property and 4m from non Peabody property. Sound test with nylon hammer, change in tone would indicate possible cavity from Basel area to approx 1m on East face. Carried out manual increment bore test on tree. There was resistance for the first 50-70cm then no signs of resistance showing evidence of decay. Target area around tree is of high risk.)T3: Lombardy Poplar - Fell.
