Description

Remove existing modern profiled steel sheet roof covering, verge and ridge detailing fitted over original felt/deck to expose original felt/deck. Replace rotten timber fascia and barge boards as necessary to match existing, install traditional welted drip formed using a suitable primed former, replace rotten decking with plain edged timber boarding re-using existing timber boarding where suitable and to provide verge fillets/upstands to gable ends and recover with mineral felt all as per original finishes, install new mineral felt roof covering in black, install new rainwater goods, install half round cast aluminium (Guttercrest) and round downpipes (with collars) to shoe outlets.
