Description

Internal and External alterations to create exhibition space. Internal alterations include removal and replacement of asbestos ceiling panel, re-painting of internal walls and replacement of non-original flooring, improve/reposition existing mechanical and electrical services including upgrades to lighting, power and data, reopening of doorway from the room into the main hangar space, the placement of set dressing to be attached to the walls. External alterations include replacement of external door with automatic opening doors.
