Description

Modification of planning obligations contained in a Section 106 Agreement dated 21 March 2018 made between (1) South Cambridgeshire District Council and (2) Cambridgeshire County Council in respect of Land North East of Rampton Road, Cottenham, Cambridgeshire (S106 Agreement). It is proposed to modify the S106 Agreement by inserting a mortgagee protection clause, to operate in favour of an existing mortgagee and future legal charge holders.
