Remove.TD3 Elm - Dead from Dutch Elm Disease, leans towards parking space. Remove.TD8 Elm - Dying from Dutch Elm Disease. Remove.TD9 Elm - Triple stemmed with 2 dead stems. Remove tree.TD12 Elm - Twin stemmed with 1 dead stem, overhanging pavement.
