Description

Remove sections of the existing ceiling to the Basement and at Ground Floor level, including the underside of the staircase and replace with new 60-minute fire rated ceiling, removal of the partitions to the Basement and to the staircase at Ground Floor Level and replace with new 30-minute fire rated partitions.
