T411 Sycamore - Exposed sap wood on main stem at 3m AGL around 70% of stem, increasing risk of breakage at this point. Remove tree.T414 Sycamore - Moderate dead wood at risk of collapse on to roof below. Ivy in crown adding to load and sail area. Remove moderate dead wood and clear Ivy from base and crown of tree. Remove basal stem less than 20cm from adjacent wall before damage occurs.T445 False Acacia - Large bark wound at base (probable vehicle damage) with vertical rack in sapwood. Bark damage to upper part of buttress root on opposite side. Stem leaning above drive. Remove largest stem of bifurcation at approximately 12m AGL to mitigate defects at base of tree. Continue to inspect base of tree for changes in conditions.
