Lift and lay damp proof course and replace brick floor on ground floor, dig French drain around the perimeter of the house, remove existing modern concrete slabs and replace with brick steps leading up to the house, replace the existing extractor fan in the shower room with one on a humidistat and vent through the end elevation, repair and replace where necessary all windows. replace/repair both external doors, provide stairs to the shower room from the bedroom, replace external wall and re site the existing TV aerial.
