Description

Plane tree (T1) - Pollard to an 11m high framework as illustrated in the attached photo and maintain as a pollard on a three to five year cycle. This tree currently overhangs the neighbouring garden by 8m and still isn't yet fully growth, this causes and immense nuisance to the neighbour (applicant) and has also previously resulted in a large bill to respray the roof of a car. It is also overhanging the care home causing a great deal of shade for the rooms in that corner of the home. Pollarding is a common proceedure for London Plane trees and is the only solution, other than felling, to abate the nuisance that this tree causes.
