Description

Re-roofing works to include: strip existing roof tiles, Strip battens and existing roofing membrane. Install insulation between rafters. Install breathable roofing membrane. Install new tanalised battens, hand made restoration plain clay roofing tiles, mixing with reclaimed tiles. Renew lead work to flashings, abutments valleys, dormers and box gutter. Chimney repairs including repointing in lime mortar and flaunching. Install new cast iron effect aluminium guttering to match existing and to fit existing hopper cast iron outlets and downpipes all to be renovated and decorated.
