Reducing both split stems will result in 3.5m bolling, which is too low to allow site use. Remove regrowth at existing pollard knuckles to manage decline. Replacement with nursery standard weeping willow to be planted in soft ground nearer riverT2 Lawson Cypress - leaning. FellT3 Lawson Cypress - branched on upper stems only with risk of windthrow. FellT5 Pear - crown reduce to clear side of building and roof by 1 - 1.5m
