Non material amendment on application 22/01036/HFUL for:1. Reposition one window on the side elevation raising it up to serve the redesigned stair to the converted loft.2. Add one roof light to the loft on the front elevation. Two roof lights have already been approved.3. Redesign the layout of the stair from the first floor to the converted loft.4. Replace the loft bedroom window with a sliding glazed set of doors and add a black metal balustrade externally.5. Replace the loft study window with a full length window (tilt and turn openable) and add a black metal balustrade externally.6. Replace the slate wall finish on the box dormer walls with vertical timber boards.
