Non material amendment on application 21/05017/HFUL for 1. Internal layout: The interventions are confined to the loft extension, with no new volumes added for the porch and the rear extension at this stage. No modifications have been made on the ground floor to maintain the existing staircase. Consequently, to ensure compatibility with its current placement, the layout of the upper floor has been redesigned.2. Simplified and Reduced Openings: We streamlined and reduced the openings in response to cost considerations. Reduction of flat portion of the originally aligned with the existing ridge in the new. 3. Cladding Pattern Variation: The cladding material and colour remained the same, however, due to price increases, we opted for a more common standing seam aluminium cladding solution while maintaining the material and colour, recalling the verticality of the texture in the choice of standing seam.4. Volume Profile Adjustment: The profile of the main elevated volume was slightly modified for improved rainwater drainage on the roof, resulting in minor changes in height and width, though visually imperceptible. Reduced ridge height central section of the roof.
