Non material amendment of planning permission 21/04948/S73 for: 1) Changes to car parking layout to west of access route. The approved spaces could not be accessed, and the revised layout is therefore an improvement. A tracking analysis is provided to demonstrate this. 2) Revised car parking arrangements for the spaces provided on the Cherry Hinton Road frontage and loss of two spaces, and3) Introduction of external seating and planting to the front of Unit 3 on Cherry Hinton Road.
