Non material amendment on application S/4535/19/VC to amend Condition 15 to read as follows: Within 12 months of occupation of the development, details of the design and location of bus stop improvements along with hard standingand raised kerbs on both sides of Cambridge Road will have been submitted to and approved in writing to the Local Planning Authority, in consultation with the Local Highway Authority. Works are to be carried out by the applicant as part of a section 278 agreement and will be undertaken within 12 months of the approval of the works.
