The tree shown as Tree 2 (Ash tree) on the plan is also an Ash tree and is in the rear garden of The Pavilion. This tree has a co-dominant stem which is of concern as these can weaken the tree and cause it to fall. This tree is also very close to the property known as The Pavilion. Due to the co-dominant stem, the size of the tree and the proximity of the tree to a dwelling, it has been advised by a qualified tree surgeon that this tree is also pollarded to approximately 8 - 10 metres to provide sufficient clearance from the property.
