5 Day Notice Robina - to carry out the following work on split Robinia at the above property. The split was identified during a condition and hazard assessment in April and remedial works recommended then, however, during the winds of this weekend, the split has increased and works need to be brought forward as the tree is within falling distance of adjacent flats and is also in full leaf. Therefore, we are carrying out the following work on 1 August and we attach supporting photographs and location plan. ROBINIA X 25MS IN HEIGHT ~ reduce height by 10ms and lateral branches South by 5.5ms and remaining laterals by up to 1.5ms where necessary to rebalance to alleviate crown weight on split trunk and further support by inserting 2 bolts through split trunk.
