Description
The TPO trees are mature Horse Chestnut trees located one meter from the neighbouring boundary. The trees are on the neighbours land but the canopy overhangs the boundary.We seek to crown lift/reduce as necesaary to create a clearance of 1 metre to prevent contact with the new flat roof surface of 21 Marlowe Road.There is also some fungal damage to the leaves which I would welcome advise on.
