Description

FIVE DAY NOTICE - A single mature Syacmore tree that stands approximately 23-24metres high on the outer edge of a wooded area overlooking the Courtyards. This tree is unsafe and at risk wind thrown which will cause structural damages to the neighbouring property of no.20 as well as risk to life. The tree is failing due to the loss of the internal heartwood in the main stem at ground level and to a height of aproximatley 2.5metres. Dismantle/remove the tree in its entirety leaving the stump at ground level.No.20 is within the falling height of the tree at 18 metres. The rear garden fence is one metre away from the main stem.
