Remove top section of street facade, rebuild with cleaned or reclaimed bricks, remove old render and re-new.Repair chimneys, removing blown bricks, replacing with like for like bricks, repoint in lime mortar, install new flaunts to tops of chimneys.Remove slates, setting aside those that can be re-used (expected 50%) repair and treat timbers, relead all chimneys. Reslate roof with salvage slates to match existing.
