Description

T1 - Pyrus communis (Wild Pear) - To carry out a reduction cut on a cracked limb to reduce tip weight due to emerging leaves and flowers. The large lower branch (approx 6-7 inches diameter) to be drop crotched, would be target pruned into the next suitable growth point (a smaller branch approx 3-4 inches diameter). The single branch to be removed from this limb is approximately 5.5 metres in length, this will raise the crown from 1.7 to 4m.
