Description

Refurbishment of all rooms to stairs M, N, O and P including thermal upgrade internally. Replace existing timber windows and glazed louvres with timber composite argon filled triple glazed windows including localised adaptation of some existing openings. Replace existing painted panels between copings with insulated panels. Insulation increased to existing roof, extend brickwork parapet by three brick courses. External insulation and render added to west elevation on Wychfield Lane. Addition of porches to M and N stairs. Removal of infill at first floor between O and P stairs. Addition of roof top plant, screening, and access railings to roof. Remodelling and replacement of single storey service buildings to Wychfield Lane to create new plant room.
