S73 to vary condition 2 (Approved plans) of planning ref, 23/00251/FUL (Re-cladding of an existing 1970's commercial building with insulated panels, replace existing non-insulated corrugated roof with a new insulated roof without roof lights. Redundant plant mounted to the side and rear elevations of the building is to be removed, creation of an external mechanical plant area to the side of the building, a new wall affixed, low level, external condenser unit to the rear elevation, new extract ducts (x2) to the rear elevation and colour matched louvres to all elevations. A new external enclosed gas bottle store is to be located adjacent to the new plant area to the side of the building) addition of a galvanized 10 space cycle shelter to the east facing elevation of the building, addition of a new back-up generator and adjustment to the cladding of the north facing elevation.
