Description

There is a group of Leylandii on the boundary between 41 High Street and the Barrington Village Green. They have grown considerably, so that they are now as high as the house and are encroaching on the Green.We have been unable to contact the owner of the house, who we understand to be living abroad.We propose cutting back towards the trunks near the ground to reduce the encroachment on the Green by 1- 1.5 m in order to retain green growth rather than expose bare branches.I am submitting this request on behalf of the Barrington Green Charity, the body responsible for the management of the Green.
