Description

Construction of a temporary haul road from Babraham Road, proposed compounds for parking, welfare and storage, and proposed surface water control for a temporary period of time, no longer than five years, in association with the proposed development at Eddeva Park (formally known as Land at Newbury Farm/Worts Causeway/GB2). After the five-year period, the land will be returned back to arable production. It is anticipated that all arable land and a section of the Babraham Road hedgerow will be removed. After the haul road is removed, 5 native trees are proposed, the trees are proposed, the trees are a mix of 4-6-metre-high trees
