Description

Non material amendment on application 22/04303/REM for the enlargement of the subterranean element of the Pavilion Building to provide additional space for the location of swimming pool plant at approximately the same level as the bottom of the pool. The changes include a ground staircase access down to the proposed plant area and subsequent minor internal alterations to layout of ground floor sauna and steam rooms adjacent. In addition, the Non Material Amendment application seeks to insert additional plan references into the list of approved plans that were omitted from the decision notice in error and correct the drawing reference in condition no.16.
