Description

Non material amendment on application 22/01253/FUL for the basis of the original proposals and internal layout of the building has been re-considered and consequently the internal layout of the shop space has been redesigned, increasing the cold storage and associated agricultural activity, the sorting and grading areas within the existing 25m x 20m area of the building. The result has been to loose the Cafe area within the building and to include the fromer small sheltered outside cafe seating area within the envelope of the building.
