Non material amendment on application 21/03165/HFUL for changes to approved external materials as follows:- change porch walls from red brick to red/brown painted and light oak colour tongue and groove timber cladding (vertical and horizontal orientations as per elevation drawings).- change porch roof from interlocking concrete tiles to match existing to GreenCoat's Chestnut Brown metal standing seam roofing.- change existing bay window roof finish from existing interlocking concrete tiles to Chestnut Brown metal standing seam.- change rear extension walls from fibre cement cladding panels in red/grey/brown colour to grey metal standing seam, and red/grey metal flat panel cladding (in brick style).- change rear extension roof from grey single ply membrane to Chestnut Brown metal standing seam roofing.
