Variation of condition 1 on application number: 22/00621/FUL - Due to the selected construction method (ICF), there is an increase on the width of the walls to meet the requirements of Part L to achieve a high-performance, highly insulated building. The increase in wall depth results in an increase in footprint of the proposed building. There has been a minor increase in height of the proposed rooflines to accommodate for increased thickness of insulation to meet the requirements of Part L. Amendments to include material change to roof from slate to standing seam.
