EIA Screening Opinion' under Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017:- 104,360m3 of excess spoil material would need to be removed off site for disposal or reuse. It is proposed to transport and reuse the material at Area C, in a location currently occupied by sludge lagoons. It is also proposed to use an existing concrete pad at Area C for the storage and treatment of any invasive species encountered during construction
