Non-material amendment following grant of planning permission 68749 Erection of a single storey detached building to provide an equipment store):a) Level floor throughout which involves a deeper excavation of approximate 400mm at the north end. b) Omission of the shutters and double doors at the north end. c) Provision of a steel personnel door painted to match the render at the north end. d) Omission of the double doors but retention of the shutters at the south end. e) Substitution of the profile steel roof sheeting by concrete tiles similar to the existing Phoenix roof .
