Non Material Amendment to Planning Application CM/0005/24 (Continuation of the development at the Incinerator Bottom Ash Processing Facility within Calvert Landfill Complex at variance to condition 1, (Approved Documents) attached to planning permission ref: CM/0017/23 to allow for replacement and upgrading to the IBA processing plant) to allow for amendment to the IBA processing plant design, including a longer second screening unit and an extended feed conveyor and to re-align the IBA processing plant to the northern boundary of the site to allow safe access for the site vehicles.
