Discharge of Condtion 4 of planning permission 24/00591/FUL - Prior to above ground works commencing, a landscaping scheme shall be submitted to and approved by the Local (a) trees, hedges and shrubs to be removed or retained during the course of development(b) numbers, types, sizes and positions of any proposed trees or shrubs(c) proposed hard surfacing treatment The applicant proposes to remove all trees at the front. The driveway will be hard surfaces as shown in a bound, porous material. The drive will extend down towards the site for the garage/annexe at the low point of the site. There will be a small retaining wall with steps up to the top tier of the front garden at the same ground level as the house.
